Customer Success Associate

Seeking a dynamic, relationship-oriented Customer Success Associate, this full-time remote position will manage client interactions for schools in the Book Blast program, ensuring exceptional service from onboarding to renewal while implementing retention strategies and fostering strong relationships. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for schools throughout their Book Blast journey, from onboarding to renewal Build and nurture long-term relationships with school leaders through personalized outreach and proactive problem-solving Support the Regional VP with communication and project coordination, while identifying and refining processes to enhance the customer journey Required Qualifications Customer-centric mindset with a passion for creating exceptional experiences and long-term loyalty Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities seamlessly Energetic and enthusiastic, with a love for books and sharing that excitement with clients Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Customer Service is preferred but not required
