About the Role:

Join Qualicare Home Care Central NJ as Live-in caregiver, where you will provide compassionate support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Assist with daily living activities and mobility support.

Administer medications and manage health monitoring as needed.

Prepare meals and assist with nutritional needs to promote health.

Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.

Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.

Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.

Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.

Prior experience in home care or a similar caregiving role.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor with clients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.

Availability to work flexible hours, including live-in shifts.
