The candidate will have strong technical skills and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Job Duties Independently Designs and Delivers BI Solutions. Translates Operational and Clinical Requirements Into Technical Specifications. Performs root-cause analysis, validates data, and resolves issues for defined reporting areas. Uses advanced SQL, visualization best practices, and knowledge of EHR data (e.g. Caboodle/Clarity) to build reliable datasets. Supports junior team members by sharing knowledge, patterns, or best practices. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in related field 2 years related work experience Physical Demands Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
