Job Description

As a Manufacturing Planner/Scheduler at Boss LTG, you will play a critical role in ensuring our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will create, maintain, and optimize production schedules, coordinate material and inventory availability, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support on-time delivery of products our customers rely on. Your work helps keep production flowing and supports our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain accurate production schedules aligned with customer demand and inventory targets.
Coordinate with procurement, operations, engineering, and quality teams to ensure materials and resources are available when needed.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to handle changes or disruptions.
Analyze scheduling data to identify bottlenecks and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
Maintain accurate reports on production performance, inventory status, and schedule adherence.
Communicate schedule changes, challenges, and priorities to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Experience in manufacturing planning, production scheduling, or related supply chain functions (preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency with equipment rental systems and Microsoft Applications (or willingness to learn).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

3 years of manufacturing and planning experience
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred but not required.
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work in a positive, team-oriented environment
