In this position, you are the central interface for our customer data and communication processes. With your structured and service-oriented approach, you contribute significantly to meeting our high quality standards in customer service. We offer you a varied and responsible job with the opportunity for personal development. Mobile working is supported, so the location is secondary.

Tasks

• You check, maintain, and create customer documents.
• You process emails and support in the hotline service.
• You maintain customer data in SAP and Salesforce.
• You create tasks and follow up on customer issues.

Requirements

• You are communication-strong, friendly, and service-oriented.
• You have a good understanding and work precisely.
• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is advantageous.
• You act responsibly, are committed, and team-capable.
• Fluent German and English skills in speech and writing are mandatory.

Salary Range

The annual salary for this position is between €49,500.00 - €99,500.00 per year. Factors such as skills, education, experience, and other qualifications can influence the salary within this range.

Additional Compensation

This position may be eligible for short-term bonus payments.
