Overview

Aspire Plastic Surgery & Medical Spa is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA), to join our thriving plastic surgery practice. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of facial anatomy, a keen artistic eye, and a proven track record of delivering beautiful, natural-looking results. In this role, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating closely with our board-certified plastic surgeon to provide comprehensive aesthetic care.

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient consultations, analyze facial anatomy, and design customized, comprehensive treatment plans
• Administer neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers (Juvéderm, Restylane, Sculptra, etc.) as well as sclerotherapy safely and effectively.
• Maintain meticulous medical charting, review patient medical histories, and strictly adhere to clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Educate patients on pre-and post-care instructions, as well as medical-grade skincare regimens to complement their treatments and maximize retention.
• Participate in practice marketing campaigns, social media showcases (with patient consent), and continuing education to stay at the forefront of aesthetic trends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Indiana.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of continuous, hands-on experience in cosmetic injections (Neurotoxins and Dermal Fillers, Sculptra, Sclerotherapy) within a medical spa or plastic surgery setting.
• Master-level understanding of facial anatomy, aging processes, and complication management.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust quickly with high-end clientele.
• A portfolio of "Before & After" work or a professional social media page demonstrating your aesthetic style is highly preferred.

Please note: Candidates without injection experience will not be considered for this role.

Pay: $33.17 - $39.95 per hour
