Job TitlePay Rate: $35.00 - $40.00 per hourLocation: Houston, TXWork Mode: OnsiteResponsibilitiesDrive defect analysis of each site NC, using all necessary tools to verify the root cause of the defect.Accurately register all analysis results in the system.Evaluate possible solutions with support from Engineering or suppliers, both technically and financially.Manage the necessary cost approval process and approve relevant sales orders based on DOA.Implement the selected solution, documenting all details accurately in the system, and work closely with other involved functions.Ensure compliance with cycle time resolution of issues from opening until delivery.Ensure timely delivery of material to site, coordinating all involved functions.Lead the FOC (free of charge) process application for managed NC and dedicated area.Deliver and update reports for assigned projects and areas.Proactively participate and, if necessary, lead NC weekly meetings, providing the required updates.Collaborate with the program manager on initiatives for SOS cell improvement.Measure performance according to the following indicators: Cycle time of resolutionAdherence to the NC resolution procedure and operating instructionNumber of SR solved in a weekFOC achieved/leadInitiatives managedRequirementsBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferred in engineering or machine.Minimum 6 years of experience preferred in quality or non-conformity management, FSE, or Engineering.Previous experience in a quality/analytics function.Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Fluent in English.Preferred SkillsAbility to lead and motivate others to accomplish business objectives.Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment.Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, risks, resources, milestones, and deliverables.Strong interpersonal and communication skills across multiple functions.Knowledge of ISO9001.O&G product knowledge.Proficient in MS Excel.
