Department: Student BusinessServices Salary: $18.32- $20.60 Description: Responsible for providing leadership to the Business ServicesCustomer Service Center staff.

1. Responsible for greeting customers for the Service Center andworks to resolve more complex questions and issues.
2. Aids in the development of procedures and training materialsfor Center HRMS and Finance classes.
3. Coordinates and conducts training classes as well asimplements online classes via the web.
4. Oversees the set-up of email accounts for Service Centerstaff.
5. Reviews daily audit reports and assists with maintainingintegrity of the data.
6. May assist with performance assessment of the university'scustomer service needs; assists with developing business solutionsto address those needs.
7. Assists with processing and data entry of transactions.
8. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Career Ladder Levels: Sr Customer Service Specialist // CustomerService Specialist Department is willing to accept education in lieu ofexperience. Department is willing to accept experience in lieuofeducation. MQ: Requires specialized training in basic trades, principles,procedures, practice, routines or techniques in a specific area ortrade which might normally be acquired through up to 18 months ofeducation or training beyond the high school level. Vocationalcompetence in the operation of mechanical or electronic equipmentmay be required. Requires a minimum of three (3) years of directly job-relatedexperience. PeopleSoft experience is a plus.
