This position is a full-time contract opportunity. Duties & Responsibilities Support the Human Resources team Fluent with Excel, pivot tables, graphs, and charting capabilities Must possess a high degree of personal integrity Data queries, reporting routines, process documentation, and process improvement recommendations that are sufficiently detailed to allow implementation Work efficiently with attention to detail Apply quality control checks to ensure a high degree of output accuracy Minimum Requirements Must have familiarity with typical HR practices Experience working on human relations or other personnel-related data projects or process improvement preferred Experience in ADP highly preferred Improve functions handled manually pertaining to onboarding, offboarding, and training, including notifications to users Position Details Located on-site in Albany, NY Temporary/Contract position Pay rate: $40.00- $46.00/hour Fusco Personnel is a NYS Certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE) and an affirmative action/Equal Opportunity, Race/Gender/Veterans/Disability Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
