The RN will assess and triage patients based on their medical needs. Collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team is essential for delivering patient care. Effective communication skills are necessary for interacting with patients and families. The RN will implement and monitor patient care plans. Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records is a key responsibility. The RN will participate in professional development and continuing education. A commitment to providing quality care in a challenging environment is expected. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills are required. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends, is necessary.
