We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly full-time Front Office Coordinator to join the dynamic team at Comfort Dental Thompson Valley in Loveland. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional atmosphere while ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
We are looking for a team member that has the following traits:- Self motivated: Proactive and self-motivated: You take initiative to identify and complete tasks without needing constant supervision.
- Kind and patient: We prioritize creating a welcoming and compassionate experience for our patients from the very first interaction, ensuring they feel cared for from the moment they call our office.
- Team player: We are seeking a collaborative team player who prioritizes our collective success over individual recognition and thrives in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Pay is determined based off of experience level. We prefer 1-3 years of working in a dental office but are willing to train someone that is new to the dental field. Experience with Dentrix preferred. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn is even more important than experience!
Our office is open Monday to Saturday. The hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am - 7:30 pm and Saturday from 7:30am to 1:30pm. Working full time is approximately 40 hours per week.
The schedule is flexible, but we do require employees to work at least 1-2 Saturdays per month.
Responsibilities:
- Checking patients in and out
- Scheduling patients
- Verifying insurance
- Sending claims
- Taking payments
