Project Overview We are supporting a large-scale airport technology environment that requires skilled IT professionals to support, maintain, and enhance critical systems across multiple airport facilities. These long-term contract roles operate within a complex, mission-critical infrastructure supporting airport operations, security, communications, and end-user services. Successful candidates will contribute to the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise IT systems in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define system and process needs
- Analyze, document, and validate business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications for IT systems
- Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and alignment of requirements
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization within existing systems
- Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of business requirements during implementation phases
- Support deployment and implementation activities by ensuring solutions meet defined business and operational objectives
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, or related IT roles
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Experience working in transportation, government, or large enterprise operational environments
- Ability to translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements
- Experience supporting testing, UAT, and system implementation activities
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and documentation abilities
