Pay and Benefits Salary range: expected minimum $752,000, could be as high as $1,000,000 plus per year, based on production incentive levels achieved Tiered production incentive model 8,435 wRVU (or greater) annually achieves highest tier Premium conversion factor of $89.25 at highest tier Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate.
