Position: Sprinkler Superintendent As a Service Sprinkler Superintendent, you’ll lead field operations across service, repair, and install projects. This role is critical to ensuring jobs are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard every time. Responsibilities Oversee daily field operations for the Sprinkler Team Manage job schedules, manpower, materials, and coordination Ensure all work meets NFPA codes and local regulations Lead, mentor, and develop field crews Maintain strong communication with project managers and clients Enforce jobsite safety standards and company protocols Troubleshoot field challenges and implement solutions quickly Conduct quality control checks and ensure proper documentation Qualifications 5+ years in fire sprinkler systems, with leadership experience Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and fire codes Proven ability to manage multiple crews and job sites Excellent communication and organizational skillsValid driver’s license with a clean record NICET certification (preferred) Strong commitment to safety, quality, and accountability Why Choose Twin City Sprinkler Co.?
