Shift Type (Clinical Positions): Day Shift Summary Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) – Greenfield, IN AMG Specialty Hospital is hiring a Chief Clinical Officer (CCO / RN) for our boutique Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility, located inside Hancock Regional Hospital. We provide exceptional, high-acuity care to a small, focused subset of patients requiring extended ICU stays, ventilator support, vasopressors, or advanced wound management. Why Join Us? What We Are Looking For: An engaged, self-motivated RN leader with 1–2 years of high-acuity nursing leadership experience. Active Indiana RN license, plus current BLS and ACLS certifications. Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Licensure: Current Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS. Experience: 1–2 years of nursing leadership experience in a high-acuity setting. Skills: Strong management abilities; fluent in verbal and written English.
