Collaborate across disciplines for integrated patient care. Qualifications: Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas. Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation. Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
