Cardiac Anesthesiologist

Assignment Details

• Location: York, Pennsylvania

• Start Date: September 28, 2026

• Duration: Initial 13-week assignment (ongoing coverage)

• Practice Setting: Hospital

Compensation: $405/hr

Schedule

• Monday–Friday

• 4–5 shifts per week

• 10-hour shifts

• Shift times vary:

- 6:15 AM–4:45 PM

- 6:30 AM–4:30 PM

- 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Full-time preferred; 3 weeks per month considered

• Must be willing to take night beeper call 1–2 nights per week

Clinical Details

• Patient Population: All ages

• 593-bed hospital

• EMR: Epic

• Full-time coverage needed (1 week per month also considered)

• Case volume varies by anesthetizing location

• Level I Trauma Center

• Cardiac anesthesia cases

• Work collaboratively with surgeons and multidisciplinary specialty teams

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology

• Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC Letter of Qualification

• ACLS and PALS certifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred

Credentialing

• Approximately 90 days

• Expedited credentialing may be available with leadership approval for providers with a clean file
