Must-Have: Active state license. Minimum of 1 year of Long-Term Care experience. Ability to pass a medication administration test and clinical observation. Strong attendance and punctuality.

Description: Facility is a state-run Long-Term Care Center. It offers rehabilitation therapies, skilled nursing, memory care, and wound care. The nursing staff will administer medications and treatments as prescribed. They will perform medication passes accurately and safely. Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition is required. Timely and accurate documentation must be completed. Nursing care must be provided in accordance with facility policies. Supervision of CNAs on assigned units is expected. Organized and detail-oriented individuals will excel in this role. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor are necessary. The ability to work with individuals from diverse cultures and personalities is important. A team player with a positive attitude is desired. Dependability with consistent attendance is crucial. The position requires working in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility with scheduling needs is essential. Modules must be completed prior to the assignment start date. Completion of required modules is necessary for onboarding. Compliance takes 1.5 to 2 weeks. Any call-outs must be communicated with ample notice. Weekend shifts may be required based on center needs. First-time travelers are accepted. RTO requests are only approved at the time of submission and not afterward.
