We strive to make someone leave happier than they came to us.Promptly meets and greets customersDetermines the nature of customer problemsCreates Repair Order Request (ROR) detailing service to be performed or merchandise to be soldObtains customer approval for service before delivering order to service personnelReviews completed repairs or services performed with customers and collects paymentMaintains cleanliness of showroomHigh School graduate or comparable vocational trainingKnowledge of computerized sales and Repair POS softwareBasic knowledge of auto repair & tire industryExperience using Mitchell Repair, Activant, All-Data and vehicle service manuals to research and determine the resolution of malfunctions2+ years experience in a retail environment, preferably auto/truck tire, lubrication and maintenance3+ years experience as a Service Advisor in an auto repair store, auto dealership or comparable professional environment.Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
