Minimum 3–5 years of professional lawn mowing experience. The ideal candidate is an experienced turf professional with strong expertise in premium lawn care, particularly in striping lawns, flip edging, and delivering consistently high-quality mowing services. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for ensuring every property receives top‑tier service while leading and mentoring a small crew. Key Responsibilities Lead a mowing crew and oversee daily operations on residential and/or commercial properties Perform and supervise professional mowing services with exceptional attention to detail Execute precise lawn striping patterns (including checkerboard, diamond, and other custom designs) Master flip edging (string trimming with clean, flipped edges) along sidewalks, driveways, curbs, and beds Operate commercial zero‑turn mowers, walk‑behind mowers, and related equipment safely and efficiently Maintain consistent high standards for lawn quality, uniformity, and cleanliness on every job Train and mentor crew members on proper mowing techniques, striping, edging, and safety protocols Perform pre‑ and post‑job property inspections to ensure complete customer satisfaction Communicate effectively with customers and management regarding service needs and quality Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and fueled daily Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of professional lawn mowing and landscaping experience Proven expertise in professional striping techniques and creating sharp, consistent patterns Advanced skill in flip edging and achieving clean, professional property lines Strong knowledge of turfgrass care, mowing heights, and seasonal best practices Experience leading or supervising a crew is highly preferred Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in all weather conditions, and stand/walk for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented with a strong work ethic Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and performance Opportunity to work with high‑end equipment and well‑maintained fleet Year‑round or seasonal employment (depending on location) Leadership growth opportunities within the company Supportive team environment focused on quality and professionalism We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and consistently delivers “wow” results on every lawn. #J-18808-Ljbffr Colonel Landscaping LLC
