Design Engineer II - PV Solar

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Design Engineer II - PV Solar will create design sets for renewable energy projects, ensure compliance with safety standards, and manage multiple projects while collaborating with clients and senior staff. Key responsibilities Create sheet sets and perform design work for renewable energy and substation projects Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and manage time efficiently across multiple projects Coordinate with clients and project managers, presenting engineering assignments during project meetings Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar applicable work experience 2+ years of experience in design and drafting utilizing AutoCAD 2+ years of experience in solar PV systems or energy storage system design Commercial or utility-scale experience is desirable Passion for multi-disciplinary design integrating civil, electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering disciplines
