Meaningful work supporting children with autism and their families
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of children with autism using appropriate assessment tools.
Develop individualized ABA treatment plans based on each child's needs.
Supervise, mentor, and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Review session documentation and provide constructive clinical feedback.
Provide parent training to help families support their children's progress.
Participate in quarterly team meetings and collaborate with educators and other service providers when appropriate.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to support meaningful outcomes for children with autism.
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Experience with behavioral assessments and ABA treatment planning.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to supervise and support RBTs while collaborating with families.
A passion for helping children with autism and supporting their families.
