Arcis Golf is located in North Dallas.Scope:Responsible for the timely and accurate monthly financial closing process for assigned accounts and departments in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles for the purpose of monitoring the results of operations and reporting.Primary Responsibilities:Responsible for month end close for several entities, including:Prepare and submitting all assigned month end journal entriesPrepare assigned balance sheet reconciliationsPrepare and analysis trends and variancesPrepare and submit allocationsTimely and accurate bank account reconciliations to include research and recording of any reconciling itemsCommunicate pertinent financial information to corporate and accounting managementPreparing audit schedulesSafeguarding the company's financial assets by ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followedOther duties as assignedRequirement:Education / Experience:Four-year Accounting degree required1 to 3 years corporate accounting experience preferredExperience with balance reconciliationsExperience with Microsoft Office Products, especially Microsoft Word and Excel. Heavy excel.Great Plains Dynamics/eEnterprise, FYISoft reporting, Anaplan, and Accounts Payable research knowledgeMulti-entity experience preferred, but not requiredSkills:Excellent oral and written communication skillsAttention to detail, combined with ability to connect to the overall objectiveProven time management and organization skillsWork Location:In corporate office location Monday through Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely most Fridays currently.
