At Babalu, we aren't just co-workers; we are family. Job Summary Providing unique and exceptional dining experiences while making guests happy is at the heart of what we do at Babalu. Our service staff is a team of charismatic, guest-oriented individuals. Your role as a server will be focused on making the guest experience the best that it can be. Responsibilities Provide outstanding service to all guests Guide guests through the food and beverage menus and make suggestions Work positively and effectively alongside both front and back of house teams Essential Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age Be able to stand, walk, and carry food for long periods of time English reading and communications skills Strong attention to detail Ability to identify and prioritize tasks to maintain high-quality guest service Ability to effectively implement the three C's: coordination, Consolidation, and communication Ability to obtain necessary food and liquor permits Preferred Skills: Prior restaurant or retail experience Prior experience using Aloha POS systems Previous experience in a fast-paced high-volume environment Benefits/Perks Opportunity for Advancement Companywide Food Discounts Direct Deposit Qualified Employees: Insurance Offerings 401K with employer match #J-18808-Ljbffr Babalu Tacos & Tapas
