Server Assistant Position Summary The Server Assistant supports the front-of-house team by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. This position plays an essential role in the guest experience by assisting servers, resetting tables quickly, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. Essential Responsibilities Clear and reset tables according to restaurant standards Assist servers with water service, bread service, and guest requests Refill beverages and replenish supplies as needed Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms, patios, service stations, and restrooms Assist with opening and closing side work Polish glassware, silverware, and other dining equipment Communicate effectively with the service team to anticipate guest needs Maintain a positive attitude and team-first mentality Requirements Qualifications Restaurant experience preferred but not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
