Responsibilities Include Setting up, calibrating, and operating heavy industrial machinery safely and efficiently. Monitoring equipment performance and performing basic troubleshooting or minor repairs as needed. Conducting regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet strict specifications. Maintaining accurate logs of output, downtime, and material usage. Collaborating with the maintenance team to schedule preventive upkeep. Keeping a clean and organized workspace to adhere to 5S and safety standards. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience working in an industrial or mechanical environment. Strong manual dexterity and the ability to stand for long periods. Basic math skills and the ability to read technical blueprints or schematics.
