Senior Living Sales Counselor

Lifespace Communities is seeking a Senior Living Sales Counselor to help older adults and their families explore community living options. In this resident-first role, you will listen to prospective residents’ needs, explain independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing services, and guide them through tours and the decision-making process. Build relationships with families and referral partners, follow up on inquiries, manage sales leads, and work closely with community teams to support a smooth transition.
