Graphic Artist and Print Production Lead

As a Graphic Artist and Print Production Lead, you'll support meeting the copy and print. You'll produce and finish large copy, print and signage orders, ensuring that the production team is providing high quality print orders while coordinating & prioritizing all aspects of the production process.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• +3 years of related work experience (print production).
• Office 360 proficient user
• Previous 2 years of leadership experience.

Job Type: Full-time (1st shift).

Target pay: $25/ hr

Schedule:

• Shift: Monday - Friday (08:00am - 05:00 pm).

Duties:

• Manage total production labor percentages by achieving percentage of production worker labor and quality control labor.
• Maintain optimal machine performance by correcting simple machine problems (clearing jams, refilling toner, replacing machine oil, etc.) and having a working knowledge of machine codes to report, in the event of equipment failure.
• Handle high volume of printing.
• Identify training and performance planning targets through the development of assigned staff through Individual Development Plan Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
