Lead IT PM/ Program Manager

Job Summary (List Format):
- Serve as a senior-level Program Management Office (PMO) leader overseeing large, complex enterprise programs.
- Lead cross-functional technology, digital, data, analytics, platform, or business transformation initiatives.
- Ensure strong program governance and effective stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
- Coordinate project plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
- Facilitate collaboration with product, engineering, business, and operational partners.
- Operate effectively in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and organizational complexity.
- Influence outcomes in matrixed organizations with competing demands.
- Apply senior-level expertise in enterprise program leadership, including AI leadership and delivery acceleration.
- Utilize PM certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent.
- Preferably support enterprise AI, analytics, digital, automation, data, or emerging technology initiatives.
- Apply knowledge of product-centric and Agile delivery models and software delivery lifecycles.
- Manage shared platforms, enterprise capabilities, or complex cross-functional programs.
- Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or payer sectors is a plus.
- Demonstrate use of AI-enabled productivity and delivery acceleration tools.
- Must be local and able to work onsite at one of the specified U.S. locations (Dallas/Frisco, Tampa/FTL, NYC, Louisville, Chicago, ATL, Boston, Nashville, Charlotte).
- No visa sponsorship available; requires a LinkedIn profile for submission.
- Interviews conducted via video. Expected start in 2-3 weeks.
