My Home Project Center is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, dependable Cabinet Refacing Installer who takes pride in their craftsmanship and wants consistent work with a growing company.

You’ll work directly in customers’ homes transforming existing kitchens through professional cabinet refacing. Our typical installations are completed in 3–5 days , allowing you to stay productive and keep projects moving.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Cabinet Refacing Installer, you'll be responsible for delivering a high-quality finished kitchen while providing homeowners with a professional experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Install cabinet doors, drawer fronts, veneers, panels, trim, and hardware
• Perform cabinet modifications, adjustments, and minor repairs
• Take pride in precise measurements, clean lines, and professional finishes
• Follow project specifications and installation plans
• Protect the customer's home and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Communicate with the project manager and office team regarding project progress or challenges
• Identify and solve installation issues in the field
• Complete projects efficiently while maintaining our quality standards
• Represent My Home Project Center professionally in every customer's home
• Leave each project looking clean, finished, and ready for the homeowner to enjoy

THIS POSITION IS A GREAT FIT IF YOU...

• Have experience in cabinet installation, carpentry, remodeling, finish carpentry, or a related trade
• Take pride in the quality of your work

• Can work independently without someone constantly looking over your shoulder

• Know how to use common hand and power tools
• Understand that working inside someone's home requires professionalism and respect
• Enjoy creating a finished product that customers can see and appreciate every day

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• Previous experience in cabinet installation, carpentry, remodeling, or a related trade
• Your own reliable vehicle
• Your own professional hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and carry materials and tools up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional appearance and communication
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Willingness to travel as needed for installations
