Receptionist/Patient Care Representative

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Contract Receptionist/Patient Care Representative to join our team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a friendly and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
Answer and direct phone calls, manage messages, and schedule appointments.
Maintain patient records and ensure all information is up to date and accurate.
Assist patients with forms, insurance documentation, and billing inquiries.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
