Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Contract Receptionist/Patient Care Representative to join our team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a friendly and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage messages, and schedule appointments.
- Maintain patient records and ensure all information is up to date and accurate.
- Assist patients with forms, insurance documentation, and billing inquiries.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
