Job Description Job responsibilities: Prepare individual tax returns, using ProSeries tax software Prepare business tax returns, using ProSeries (we prepare corporate, partnership, non-profit, estate and trust returns) Year-end accounting for business clients, using QuickBooks Online and Desktop Requirements: 2-3 years’ tax preparation experience Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Knowledge of QuickBooks required Knowledge of tax software preferred, but not required Terms of employment: Seasonal position available Hourly position, eligible for bonus Benefits include SIMPLE IRA with match, paid holidays and vacation days We are willing to mentor and train to further skills, and we will provide in-house training as well as continuing education. We provide tax preparation, tax planning, business consulting, accounting and bookkeeping services, and IRS representation.
