What You’ll Do

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you’ll represent our company and nonprofit partners at live events, promotional campaigns, community outreach programs, and fundraising events .

Responsibilities include:

• Engage with attendees, donors, supporters, and community members
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Introduce the public to nonprofit campaigns and fundraising initiatives
• Answer questions and communicate campaign information
• Build positive relationships with customers and supporters
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site activities
• Support team members in reaching daily event and campaign goals
• Participate in paid training and professional development
