This position will work 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.The Client Delivery Specialist (Banking, Finance, & Real Estate Legal Assistant) serves as the primary operational partner for assigned attorneys within a practice. This role manages workflow execution, cross-functional coordination, and administrative support while reducing attorney project-management burden. Specialists maintain direct responsibility for attorney relationships, matter completion, and coordination across operational teams. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. The expected compensation ranges for this position in the state of California are as follows:State of California: $63,000-$128,000The above salaries do not include a discretionary bonus, however bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed, and are dependent upon individual and firm performance.
