Role Impact

Operate and oversee production equipment for the full shift
Apply SOPs and complete all quality checks as scheduled
Spot and report mechanical issues early to avoid downtime
Keep your station clean, safe, and organized
Achieve output targets while maintaining rigorous quality
Contribute to a culture of accountability and team support

Schedule, Pay, and Benefits

Pay: $21.50-$23.50 based on shift
Multiple shifts offered
All shifts are 12 hours

What You Bring

Hands-on equipment or machinery experience (manufacturing, agriculture, construction, automotive, or related)
Veteran or military background welcome—discipline and structure matter
Demonstrated job stability and progression over time

Physical readiness: 12 hours on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs, maintain focus all shift
