Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician
Are you passionate about ensuring the safety and comfort of others? Do you have a knack for troubleshooting and fixing problems? If so, we have an opportunity for you at Upfrnt USA Inc in Atlanta, GA!
Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC system checks, plumbing repairs, and electrical work.
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely and professional manner.
- Inspect and maintain the property to ensure it meets safety standards and regulations.
- Keep maintenance logs and records up-to-date for future reference.
- Collaborate with the property management team to address maintenance issues efficiently.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
