A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:
- Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members
- Ensure great guest service, food quality, and cleanliness standards
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and hitting sales goals
- Help hire, train, and onboard new team members
- Monitor inventory, food prep, and product quality
- Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive experience
- Maintain a clean, safe, and "inspection-ready" restaurant
- Support marketing promotions and local store initiatives
Assistant Managers are required to have:
- Must be 18+ years old
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Ability to work peak hours (lunch/dinner rushes)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to complete company training programs
- Leadership or supervisory experience (restaurant experience preferred)
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Positive, high-energy attitude with a hands-on leadership style
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills
- Customer-focused (hospitality-driven) mindset
