Site Medical Director, Behavioral Health Leadership

Compass Health Center is launching a Northern Virginia facility in Falls Church. We seek an experienced Site Medical Director/Psychiatrist to oversee clinical operations, lead leaders, and deliver high-quality psychiatric care. The role combines executive leadership with direct patient care across PHP/IOP services. The candidate should have an MD/DO, board certification in Psychiatry, and 4+ years post-residency with strong leadership and psychotherapy skills.
