Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Home Health – Lexington, KY

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week Home Health assignment in Lexington, Kentucky . This opportunity is ideal for a PTA who enjoys providing one-on-one patient care in the home health setting while working with a supportive clinical team.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments in patients' homes under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• Perform Start of Care (SOC), Resumption of Care (ROC), recertification visits, evaluations, and routine patient visits as assigned
• Treat an average of approximately 6 to 7 patient visits per day

• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist Assistant experience
• Active PTA license
• BLS Certification (AHA)
• Home Health experience preferred
