Minimum Requirements

Board Certified/Board Eligible: NP: AANP or ANCC Board Certification; PA: NCCPA Board Certification
Licensure: NP: Active unrestricted Arkansas NP license; Active Arkansas DEA/CDS with Arkansas address; Prescriptive authority required | PA: Active unrestricted Arkansas PA license; Active Arkansas DEA/CDS with Arkansas address
