Duties and responsibilities include arriving to our shop on time in logo'd shirt and appropriate work clothing, following Trustpoints on every job, keeping work area clean and orderly, interpreting plans and specifications provided by project manager, communicating with project manager daily about progress, being polite and courteous to our customers, working quickly and efficiently with production mindset, cooperating with team, keeping track of tools and keeping jobsite/van organized, and willingness to learn and be trainable. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. References required.Skills include stellar work ethic, ability to follow directions without deviating, must be able to match colors (cannot be colorblind), ability to install cabinet doors and drawer fronts, ability to lift 50-75lbs, ability to modify cabinets when required, ability to drill for hinges, ability to install all types of trim and cabinet accessories, and ability to safely operate power hand tools including but not limited to table saw, power hand saw, router, planer, nail gun, paint sprayer, etc.Additional skills (preferred but not required) include prior experience in spraying lacquers, paint, etc., prior experience in drywall repairs/painting, prior experience in cabinet refacing, and prior experience in floor/tile installation.Why work for Kitchen Tune-Up?
