How you'll contribute A Clinic LPN who excels in this role: * Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care. May administer medication. Documents patient care given. * Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. * Monitors, documents, and communicates patient's status and reactions to interventions with RN, physician, patient, and families. * Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient. * Schedules, appointments and procedures as ordered by the provider. * Obtains insurance re-authorizations as requested for testing and scheduled * procedures. * Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. What we're looking for Applicants should have a state of Michigan LPN license and have graduated from an LPN or LVN Program.
