Driven Guest Service ManagerThe Fairfield Inn Stony Creek, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a Driven Guest Service Manager.The Guest Service Manager is responsible for supervising the front desk staff, managing schedules, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.Responsibilities:Manage the front desk operations, ensuring that all guests receive a warm welcome and excellent serviceSupervise the front desk staff, managing schedules, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficientlyRespond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional mannerMaintain accurate records of guest information and reservationsEnsure that the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with suppliesTrain new front desk staff members and provide ongoing training and support to existing staffCollaborate with other departments to ensure that guest needs are met and that all operations run smoothlyManage the budget for the front desk operations, ensuring that expenses are kept within budgetary constraintsWhat are we looking for?For nearly three decades, Essex Hotel Management's "solution-driven" approach has resulted in high satisfaction for our team members, partners, owners, and guests.
