Urologist – New York Metro Area (Chinese Bilingual)

HealthYes is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a well-established, multi-specialty outpatient healthcare organization in New York City. The practice has a long-standing presence in the community, a high patient volume, and a strong internal referral network. This opportunity is ideal for a Urologist seeking a stable, outpatient-focused practice with strong earning potential and clinical support.

COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE

• $400,000+ annual base compensation

• Performance-based bonus incentives

Compensation is negotiable based on experience, subspecialty or procedural focus, patient volume, productivity, and schedule preferences.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Urologist will provide comprehensive outpatient urologic care, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and longitudinal management of urologic conditions. Access to in-house diagnostics, imaging, and specialty referrals is available. Procedural and surgical care is coordinated based on training and patient needs.

This is a patient-facing, clinically autonomous role supported by an experienced care team and established operational infrastructure.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Required

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

• Active New York State medical license (or ability to obtain)

• DEA registration (or eligibility)

Highly Preferred

• Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) bilingual

PRACTICE ENVIRONMENT

• High-volume, outpatient-focused settings

• Established patient base with consistent demand

• Strong administrative and clinical support

• Locations across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Flushing
