Job Full Description Our client manufactures premium quality salads, sides and dips for the wholesale, food service and retail industries
They are currently in need of a:
Sanitation Associate
Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 4pm (or finished)
1. Sets up dish washing area gathering proper chemicals & equipment necessary to clean & sanitize productions: (bowls, lids, containers, small utensils, etc.) as necessary to keep production flow constant. Breaks down and cleans area at conclusion of the day.
2. Prepares work area: Correct sets up equipment necessary to run: chemicals, cleaning utensils, sink areas, dish washer that are necessary to perform the jobs of the Sanitation/ Dishwasher.
3. Assuring proper chemicals and amounts of chemicals are followed and documented.
4. Oversees dishwasher partner and assures all clean utensils leaves area in an acceptable condition.
5. Performs and controls the quantity and quality of work at their Dishwashing area, including: proper cleaning techniques are followed at all times, including proper chemicals & sanitizer are used, proper water temperature and that the cleaning of the utensils looks as it should.
