Jobletics Pro is hiring Floor Technicians in Loudon, TN to maintain clean and safe flooring in commercial or hospitality environments. This role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in floor care or janitorial services who take pride in delivering high-quality results.

We are seeking reliable candidates who can work independently or as part of a team and follow proper safety and cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean, polish, and maintain floors using equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums
• Apply floor treatments and coatings as needed
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards
• Assist team members with facility upkeep as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in floor care, janitorial, or related role
• Knowledge of floor maintenance techniques and safety procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
