Senior Digital Tech Lead

Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to guide full stack development of enterprise web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can present to senior leadership and translate business requirements for development teams. This is an onsite position based in New Haven County, CT.

Senior Technical Lead's Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead offshore and nearshore development teams through design, build, testing, and deployment
• Design and develop back-end services, APIs, and integrations using Java and Spring Boot
• Architect cloud-ready, microservices-based applications
• Guide front-end development using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS
• Enforce coding standards, architectural decisions, and engineering best practices
• Partner with solution architecture, product, and delivery teams across the SDLC

Senior Technical Lead's Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 7 years of professional experience in a senior or lead software development role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong back-end expertise in Java (11/17+), Spring Boot, microservices, and APIs
• Working front-end knowledge of Angular 16+ and TypeScript
• Experience with Agile DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Experience with SAP or legacy ERP integration, Azure or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Snowflake, Databricks, Liferay, or OAuth/OIDC is a plus
