Project Engineer/ Project Manager

Overview Project Manager in US Panels leads customer panel integration and assembly projects, coordinating customer deliverables, materials, production activities, and collaboration across customers, engineering services, sales, and project and mechanical engineering teams. Typical Day Work under general guidance from a manager to establish project plans and execute multiple complex, cross‑functional projects. Create, maintain, monitor, and analyze accurate metrics and project tracking records—including time reporting, schedules, financials, budgets, and summary spreadsheets. Provide trend insights to management and own an accurate assessment of project deliverables to help teams meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives. Identify opportunities for improvement and lead efforts to design, test, and implement enhancements. Serve as the primary customer‑facing representative, communicating directly with end users through email, meetings, updates, and critical conversations regarding expectations, challenges, timelines, and risks. Qualifications 8+ years of direct experience in coordinating projects (PM Level III) Build strong, trust‑based relationships with customers through clear communication, proactive updates, and consistent follow‑through. Provide leadership and mentorship to less‑experienced project managers, promoting best practices and serving as a trusted resource. Work within a collaborative PMO where project managers own their processes and can recommend and implement changes. Initiate and run small, reversible experiments to improve workflows and enhance project outcomes. Degree in engineering (preferred). Salary and Benefits Pay Range: $115,300–$130,000. Competitive pay.
