Chief Medical Officer

The Client is looking for a physician executive to lead clinical strategy across our three-pillar rural and frontier care model: fixed-site clinics, mobile medical units, and telehealth. If you're an MD/DO who wants your work to actually reach the communities that need it most - tribal, frontier, and medically underserved populations across New Mexico - this is that role. What You'll Own Clinical strategy, quality, and safety across all three care pillars Physician & APP recruitment, credentialing, and leadership Medicare/Medicaid compliance and payer strategy Clinical oversight of our chronic care management (CCM) platform A seat on the senior leadership team, shaping growth as we scale our mobile unit fleet What You Bring MD or DO, active NM license (or license-eligible) Active Medicare & Medicaid credentialing in good standing 7+ years clinical practice, 3+ years in physician leadership Bilingual in English and Spanish PCP or OBGYN A genuine commitment to rural/frontier health Compensation $150,000-$200,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
