Since opening our doors in 2004, Hartman Animal Hospital has been dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care to pets throughout Conway and the surrounding communities. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, personalized experience for our clients and a collaborative, supportive environment for our team.

- Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a consistent 4-day workweek with no weekends! Our hospital is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Supportive, Collaborative Team: Join a close-knit, multi-doctor practice where teamwork and quality patient care come first.
- Mentorship for New Graduates: Our experienced Partner Veterinarian is available to provide mentorship, guidance, and support as you develop your clinical skills and confidence.
- Modern Equipment: Practice quality medicine with access to digital radiography, digital dental radiography, ultrasound, and in-house diagnostics.
- Variety in Your Day: Enjoy a mix of preventive care, wellness visits, dentistry, surgery, and medical cases.

What We're Looking For
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited veterinary school
- Active Arkansas veterinary license or ability to obtain one
- A passion for providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Experienced veterinarians and new graduates are encouraged to apply!
